LNG Semi-trailer

LNG Semi-trailer as the efficient, convenient and safe method to transport natural gas, nowadays becoming more and more popular in application, the LNG semi-trailer could contain nearly 30000 standard cubic meter of gas which is more than 3 times than a CNG semi-trailer, which is with much higher transportation efficiency.

Over these years, we have supplied cryogenic semi-trailer to domestic and overseas market. There are several main data such as sealing vacuum degree, our standard is even beyond national standard. Nowadays we are engaged in promote exporting and exported countries including the USA, Nigeria, Thailand etc. over 20 countries.

The feature of the product:

1. Higher insulation performance: by using pure aluminium foil and flame retarded heat insulation paper, our product has higher insulation performance.

2. The Inner tanker has biggest volume in similar transportation facility in domestic.

3. Longer vacuum holding time: using low temperature absorbent and normal temperature absorbent (palladium oxide), our product has a longer vacuum holding time.

4. Our internal standard of sealing vacuum degree is up to 3×10-2pa, much higher than industry standard 1x10-1pa.

5. The daily evaporation rate of our product is lower than 0.14%/d which is also performing much better than the industry standard 0.22%/d.
